Guidelines for DH:
A diet high in legumes, primarily soy products,
and low in red meat is recommended.
No caffeine, alcohol, smoking.
Some blood pressure drugs and
ulcer drugs lower sperm count.
Vitamin/Minerals - High potency multi-vitamin
Then add EXTRA:
- Vitamin A, up to 15000 units Palmitate
and 15000 units Beta carotene
- Extra Vitamin B complex
(always take all the B's together!)
- Vitamin C - 4000 mg spaced out during the day.
Can cause diahhrea, until body is used to it.
- Vitamin E - 400 mg. with selenium
(Selenium is most important for sperm production
- Zinc - Up to 80 mg per day, total supplement & Diet per day.
Don't take too much zinc.
Check your multivitamin and supplement accordingly!
