To remove something from cart, change quantity to zero and "Refresh Total"
If cart is "EMPTY" you probably have your internet security set too high to accept cookies.
You can undo the security, order from the Store
and then restore the high security if you wish.

With your internet opened,
top row choose:
Tools
Internet Options
Privacy or Security Settings
Custom Level
Allow cookies
Apply
